  • GriefShare meets weekly on Sundays at 4:00 pm, room 116 (lower lever) and is a support group for anyone experiencing grief from the loss of a loved one. For more information or to register visit https://www.griefshare.org/groups/269219

  • We hope you’ll join us for our weekly Wednesday Evening Prayer Service at 7:00 pm. This is a time of corporate prayer followed by Bible study and meets downstairs in the fellowship hall. Currently we are studying Biblical World History

  • 40 Days for Life Granite City Fall  Campaign is 9/24 thru 11/2. Our role in the Prayer Vigil at the Hope Clinic in Granite City is on Saturday, October 4th. Please sign up at the welcome desk.

  • October is Pastor Appreciation Month: Following the Oct. 5th evening service there will be a finger foods fellowship to honor
    Pastor, Ginny & family. This is your opportunity to encourage them with a card, note or word of love and support. Please sign up at the welcome desk if you’re able to help out by bringing a finger food item.

  • Fall Festival: Saturday, October 18th, 11:00 am - 2:00 pm. There will be food, pony rides, bounce house, puppet shows, tailgate giveaway and more. It’s free and all are welcome! If you are a member or regular attender of Grace and would like to volunteer please call the office or signup at the welcome desk. We are also needing wrapped candy for the treat bags we hand out to the children. There is a basket on the Resource desk for donations.

  • It’s time to start preparing for Operation Christmas Child. You can pick up pre-printed boxes on 9/21 after the morning service. Please turn your boxes in by the dedication date. Dedication date for praying over the boxes in not yet determined, but is typically on the 3rd Sunday morning in November. We will update you as soon as we can. An $11 donation per box is requested if you would like to help with shipping. Please put this in a blue envelope, mark it “OCC,” and place it in one of the offering boxes. Please do NOT put the donation in the shoebox. When you pack your box, please do not include candy, toothpaste or soap.   • Adopt a Resident for Christmas! Help Granite City Nursing & Rehab provide presents for residents. Please sign up at the Welcome Desk by Sun., Oct. 12th. You will be assigned a resident to buy and wrap a gift for (from their wish list). Expect to spend around $20.00 per adopted resident. 

  • Food Pantry: We can provide a box of non-perishable food items for anyone in need (by appointment only). Call 618-877-6672 during our office hours (9:00a and 2:00p, Monday thru Thursday) to schedule a food box pick-up. Please note: food boxes cannot be delivered.
